The Drawing Room
The perfect place to spend an afternoon enjoying a traditional afternoon tea. A variety of finer sandwiches, savouries and dainty cakes will be served along with a selection of Artisan leaf teas. A glass of champagne or two truly completes this decadent British tradition.
The Terrace
Enjoy a BBQ or relaxed alfresco lunch on the terrace set just above the lawn and overlooking the castle, the terrace is a fantastic location to dine under the cover of our stretch tent whatever the weather. Begin the feast by selecting your favourites from the locally sourced langoustine, lobster and oysters on the shellfish buffet, enjoy a chat with the chefs as they grill your chosen meat and fish exactly as you like them but be sure to leave room for the wonderful array of handmade desserts.
The Stag Room
The more intimate Stag Room is the perfect location for smaller private parties to dine around the large round table which is perfect for parties of up to eight.
The Dining Room
The original Castle Dining Room provides the ideal setting for private parties of up to twelve guests. The elegant mahogany table extends the length of the room, adorned with the finest silver this refined setting complete with sparkling crystal chandelier is the perfect choice for a memorable meal. Enjoy a bespoke gourmet tasting menu prepared using only the finest locally sourced produce with matching wine paired by our sommelier.
The castles main restaurant 1596 is named after the date the first stone was laid on the grounds. Serving a refined selection of classic and contemporary dishes, local Scottish produce shines through on a menu designed to showcase the very best of the local larder from St Andrews Bay Lobster to Pittormie farm raspberries, grown right next door.
