Kids at Pittormie

Pittormie Kids experiences tap into that innate curiosity by introducing our youngest guests to both the natural wonders and the rich cultural traditions of our location.

With a diverse collection of activities based on the five pillars of the program - nature, water, land, environmental responsibility and culture - kids are swept away by everything from animals to forests, maintenance and sustainability, storytelling, art and even food.

Kids Lessons

Swimming - Enjoy hours in the pool with professional swimming instructors teaching your children to swim. They’ll enjoy lots of games while also learning the essential elements of swimming.

Tennis - Private tennis lessons are fun, fun, fun for kids of all ages and abilities. This hour long session involves games, tuition and exercise with practical info on the rules of the game.

Golf - The best players in the world learn the short-game first. But here the focus is on combining learning with having a good time. Who would have thought that chipping, putting and playing out of the bunkers could be so much fun!

Family Bike Ride - Take the bikes out and enjoy a country ride with the family along country lanes and pathways exploring the fife coastline.

Kids Fishing - Within half an hour of the Castle we have a variety of fishing opportunities available. Just a few minutes from the Castle, why not try fishing from the bank of the river Eden for Pike, Eels, Sea Trout and other fresh water fish.

Archery - There are various different archery disciplines which you can learn whilst at Pittormie. Whatever type of archery you try, you’ll soon discover that there are few things more satisfying than releasing the arrow and watching it fly straight into the target.
